Gardens and Football | 花園與足球
Hello Everyone,
Let me say “THANK YOU!” to everyone who has been taking part and standing in different ways for these little ones. I am thrilled to write an article for this month because we have had a lot of events to write about. Let me start with the visitation made by our dear sister, Tina, and brother Sokhom.
I am very glad to share with you all about the visitation made by our dear sister, friend, and mother, Tina Tomes, and NHO Administrator, Sokhom, during October. Our children were so excited to see her because they saw her last year and loved her so much. They also have prayed for her safe arrival. They loved her very much because she is so genuine in loving them. They arrived on Tuesday, October 11 and departed on Friday, October 14. During their stay we discussed many things important for the betterment of our children, both for the present and the future. It was so good that our brother Sokhom also joined this trip because we can share each other’s experiences since he also is doing children’s ministry in Cambodia. Their visit was so precious for us and strengthened us.
October 13 was the special day of our Chin Tribe because it was a New Year day. Our friends, Tina and Sokhom, also joined in and experienced the celebration. In that day, we enjoyed many programs such as traditional dances, a fashion show, stage show and Chin traditional wrestling, etc.

During October, we worked on the vegetable garden. Thanks to everyone who donated their money to do this job. This will produce many different kinds of vegetables. Our children learned how to cultivate different vegetables and seem very happy to do their gardening job. They are so excited when the plants begin to come out after putting the seeds into the soil. They also love to argue about the time when the plants will be ready. They seem so excited and happy about their garden.
Charity Football Team
Also, I am so proud to share with you about our Football Club. We named it Chin United Football Club. Our Government gave us legal permission to compete in the *national football game. This is so a great opportunity for our older boys who are excellent in playing football. Most of the players are from our children’s home. Praise the Lord!
Thank you so much for your partnership in building up these precious little children who are really in need of our hands. May our Lord greatly bless you and add His blessing upon you as you share your valuable times, efforts and money with these children.

讓我對每一個以不同方式支持這些小孩的人說謝謝。 我非常高興這個月能寫這篇文章， 因為我們有很多活動可以報告。第一件要報告的事就是我們親愛的 Tina 姊妹和Sokhom 弟兄來探訪。
我非常高興與你們分享我們親愛的姊妹、朋友和母親－ Tina Tomes ， 以及NHO 的行政管理 Sokhom ， 十月份的探訪。 我們的孩子們非常興奮能見到她， 因為他們去年看到她， 十分愛她。 他們為她的安全到達禱告。 他們如此地愛她是因為她真誠地愛著他們。 Tina 和 Sokhom 10 月12 號禮拜二到達， 10 月14 號禮拜五離開。 在他們停留時期， 我們討論了很多為孩子們改進福利的重要事項， 包括現在及未來。 這次的行程 有 Sokhom 弟兄加入特別有益， 因為他在柬埔塞也從事兒童事工， 我們可以分享彼此的經驗。 他們的探訪對我們來說是如此的寶貴， 也帶給我們力量。
10 月13 號是我們 Chin 族特別的一天， 因為那天是新年。 我們的友人 Tina 和 Sokhom 也一起參加體驗慶典。 那一天， 我們享受很多節目， 包括傳統舞蹈、時裝表演、舞台秀以及 Chin 族傳統摔角等等。
十月的時候， 我們在菜園裡耕種。 謝謝為這份工作奉獻金錢的每一位。 將來會出產很多不同種類的蔬菜。 我們的孩子們學會了如何栽種不同的蔬菜， 並且很高興做園藝。 當種在土中的種子開始發芽成長， 他們都很激動。 他們也喜歡爭論何時這些植物會收成。 他們看起來對這個園子都很興奮欣喜。
還有， 我很驕傲地與你們分享關於我們的足球隊。 我們為它取名為 Chin 聯合足球隊。 我們政府給了我們法律許可到國家足球賽比賽。 這對我們年紀較大又很會打球的男孩來說， 是很好的機會。 大多數的球員都是從我們的兒童之家來的。 讚美主！
